RETURN POLICY

We would like to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at His and Hers Jetsetters. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you are able to return your purchase within 30 days of your order's shipment date.

Items must be in their original form, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached in order to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped or the product was received damaged. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment only. Any marked-down items or hats are final sale and cannot be returned.

If there is any issue with the merchandise you received, please contact us at orders@hisandhersjetsetters.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return items.

 

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS FOR INTERNATIONAL, APO & PO BOX ADDRESSES

  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses and PO Box Addresses, so please send your Return to: P.O. Box 1025,  Los Alamitos, CA 90720

  • Include your Invoice and Eligible Items in the Return Package.

  • Once the Return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 5-8 Business Days for our Team to process, then we will email you once your return has been processed.

  • We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.

  • Please obtain Tracking for your records.

  • Customers are responsible for VAT and/or custom duty taxes.
