COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add orders@hisandhersjetsetters.com to your safe sender list.  


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note, this may take longer during new launches or promotional sales due to high order volume. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS. 


MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO? 
His and Hers Jetsetters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact USPS to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.  


MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
If your item arrived damaged please email orders@hisandhersjetsetters.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
His and Hers Jetsetters is happy to offer a refund for returns of unworn merchandise returned within 30 days of your order’s shipment date. Refunds will be issued upon return of the order & inspection. This excludes ALL SALE ITEMS AND HATS AS THEY ARE FINAL SALE. Please allow 5-8 business days upon receipt of the package for us to process your return.

 

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT RETURN? 
Yes, the following items are not eligible for a return and will be denied:

  • Returns/exchanges received after 30 days of the original shipment date. 
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
  • Hats

Please keep in mind that His and Hers Jetsetters reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
